I believe it was 3 months ago when my boyfriend and I visited this cute little town in Chester NJ. During our walk my boyfriend pointed the ice cream parlor and told me that they have great homemade ice creams, and that we could go inside and have our treats. There was a line out the door when we first passed it so we continue our sight seeing. Then after a long day spent under the hot sun at Alstede Farms just down the road, it was nice to have a little treat before we head home, so we go back here at Taylor’s Ice Cream Parlor. Their Homemade ice creams are reasonably priced and lots of flavors to choose from.I ordered two flavors the butter pecan, the cookies and mint it was pretty good and babe had a banana fudge. After sampling each others flavors, we found a spot in the shade and enjoyed our treat. Also, although I normally always have room for ice cream, their one scoop cone was filling…
Finally I am able to update this blog. I have been wanting to share some of the pictures I took when I went on my vacation but I did not get the chance.

Anyway, I am sharing you this antique watermill that we found during our vacation in Lancaster PA. To be honest this is the first time I saw a water mill, well except those I saw on TV. My boyfriend and I was so amazed when we pass by to this old water mill. We believe that this is the only water mill left in Amish town. It is so mesmerizing to watch the wheel go round and round.

so cute
I found this birds outside my Fathers laboratory. I don’t know what kind of birds they are but according to my father they are Robins.don’t they look so cute and adorable???
I’m working most of the time, meaning I don’t really have a lot of time to play my DSLR camera. I still don’t have much knowledge how to capture beautiful photos like those I saw in the internet. It makes me feel jealous because those photographers are very talented, although I know someday I’ll become one too, wink! Even so, whenever I get a spare time I go out to our yard with my camera to learn and explore more about my toy. They said, for you to be able to learn all the tricks how to capture beautiful photos is to keep using the camera and be familiarized with the tool. One late afternoon I decided to take Lily ( my dog) for a walk. I found a dragon fly in the tree, and he seems like he is having a quiet time. So I run back to the house and grab my camera immediately before the dragon fly will disappear. It was so hard for me to capture shots on him because I had to look up and my hands were shaky, I guess because of the excitement Lol! But I am so happy to be able to get a good shot well, if you consider this as one. For a newbie like me, I think I’m not that bad hahaha! I just bought my macro lens, and I only got the chance to use it for four times. I still don’t know how to use it because most of my shots came out blurry. However, this one I share to you right now came out good even though it was not what I really want. I am still happy to share these photographs of the dragon fly that I captured from our yard.

I used to designs my blogs but because of my very busy schedule I couldn’t do it anymore, plus designing a blog is not really an easy task, It could eats your whole day. I tried to use free WP themes for this blog but I really can’t get satisfied. I am so glad when MaBelle referred me to Ryanne who seems very patients to all my demands Lol! Now my Photoblog is looking so gorgeous! Thank You Ryanne.:)
This is just a few samples of my Macro Lens and there will be more coming. I am still learning how to use my toy and capture good photos. I am learning on how to captures beautiful pictures by reading and watching videos in YouTube and of course with the help of some few friends. It’s not easy but I know it will be once I get to familiarize with my toy by keep playing it. I was so ecstatic when papa Kevin handed me a box yesterday. I couldn’t wait to get to my room to open the package for I knew it was my new lens.
Anyway, I found this little insect in my mom’s abandon garden. I immediately took the chance of using my macro lens and practice my skills Lol! I know this picture is not that pretty but hey! this is the very first macro shots that I took using my new lens, so to me its not that bad hehehe!

The must see while visiting Hyde Park NY are the 3 historic mansions. The three major mansions that people come to see are The Roosevelt mansion, Mills Mansion, The Vanderbilt Mansion. I have been to The Roosevelt mansion and The Vanderbilt Mansion several times because it is only a few miles away from our house…But I haven’t been to The Mills Mansion yet, which will be on my next list.

The Vanderbilt Mansion!

The Roosevelt mansion!

I was working double shift last night, if I did not go out at 9:00 pm to throw away the garbage I will not be able to see this beautiful Lunar Moon. I was so disappointed because I did not have my Camera with me. I called papa Kevin to bring the Camera when his going to pick me up at work but I was late because he left the house already. I did not thought that I was still able to capture this moon when I got home because our house is surrounded of woods and it may be so difficult to find the moon. I was wrong because I was able to see the moon clearly just outside my bedroom window. Although I am not able to capture the moon exactly what I want . I guess I really need to save up some money real soon to buy a new lens:)
I’m here right now at the grocery store parking lot checking this new blog of mine while waiting for the parents. I am just too excited to make my first entry in here. This blog is the 10th blog I have. My gosh! Can you believe that? How am I going to manage all of them? Oh well, I’m just so lucky that a good friend of mine offered to give me her winning price from Lainy’s Musing blogversarry contest. Now that I have a new baby that will help me to take good pictures, I decided to make this website a Photo Blog, although I already have a photography and travel blog that I have been neclecting for weeks now since I have become so occupied of my offline job. I’ve been doing double shift since May and I can only update my websites when I have opps to write ( Shame On Me ) yikes! Hopefully once I get my normal schedule back I promise to really have this blog updated. Anyway, I would like to welcome everyone here in my photoblog and in a few days whenever i get the chance to take breath taking photos I will definately going to share them here. So please keep checking:) Cheers and have a wonderful weekend! Xoxoxo
